Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30‑day store return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a store‑initiated return under our 30‑day policy, your battery item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, without charge‑cycle marks, with all original factory tags and intact original packaging. You will also need your order receipt or proof of purchase.
Special note for lithium‑polymer drone batteries: Do not ship swollen, damaged, leaking or over‑heated batteries without first contacting our support for safe return instructions, due to hazardous‑goods transport regulations.

Returns go to our warehouse in Xianyang, China. Dronearos is operated by AEROVANTA POWER LTD (Company Registration Number: 17415659), registered in Manchester, United Kingdom.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with full instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without submitting a prior return request will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Damages and wrong‑item issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if you receive defective, damaged goods or the wrong item, so we can assess the case and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / non‑returnable items Certain categories cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods, custom‑made or personalized products, personal‑care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Sale‑priced clearance items and gift‑cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the product you want is to submit a return for your current item. Once your return is approved and processed, place a brand‑new separate order for your desired replacement product.
European Union 14‑day statutory cooling‑off period Notwithstanding our 30‑day store policy, if merchandise ships to customers located within the European Union, you hold the statutory legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days after you receive the goods, for any reason and without giving justification.
Under this EU withdrawal right, goods must be returned in original condition, unused, with original tags and full original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Statutory EU consumer rights take precedence over our voluntary store‑level return terms.
Refund processing Once we receive and physically inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund application has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit‑card issuers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed after we approved your refund and you still have not received funds, please contact us at help@dronearos.com.
180‑Day Commercial Warranty Separately from return rights, we provide a 180‑day commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature cell failure and voltage‑stability faults on our drone batteries. This commercial warranty does not replace your statutory EU consumer‑law guarantees.
Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Cell failure occurring within 180‑day warranty window
- Voltage‑stability faults
- Factory charging‑connection defects
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical crash‑damage, drops and impact damage
- Water and moisture damage
- Normal wear‑and‑tear after regular flight cycles
- Damage caused by using non‑certified third‑party chargers
