TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 27 August 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Dronearos.

Dronearos is a trading name operated by AEROVANTA POWER LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17415659.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Dronearos,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AEROVANTA POWER LTD trading as Dronearos.

We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies referenced on our website, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information concerning your legal rights, responsibilities, purchases, warranties and limitations of liability.

By visiting, accessing, interacting with or purchasing through our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

If you permit a minor to access or use the Services through a device, account or payment method that you own or control, you are responsible for that use to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To browse our store, place an order or use certain features, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and payment information.

You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, current and complete and that you have the right to provide such information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You must not sell, transfer, assign or provide unauthorized access to your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, colors, finishes and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions or photography.

Minor visual differences that do not affect the identity, function or conformity of the product may occur.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise not in conformity with applicable consumer law.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability and product ranges may be updated from time to time.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including because of availability, inventory, shipping restrictions or legal requirements.

Compatibility and Third-Party Products

Dronearos specializes in replacement batteries and related accessories for various drone models.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered by Dronearos may be third-party compatible replacement products and are not manufactured by the manufacturer of the drone with which they are designed to be compatible.

References to third-party brands, product names or model numbers are used solely where reasonably necessary to identify product compatibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dronearos and AEROVANTA POWER LTD are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or otherwise officially connected with the manufacturers or owners of those third-party trademarks.

Customers are responsible for checking the stated model compatibility before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your device, please contact us at help@dronearos.com before purchasing.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or otherwise begin processing or dispatching the order, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • product unavailability;

  • incorrect pricing or product information;

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;

  • shipping or destination restrictions;

  • legal or regulatory requirements; or

  • inability to complete or verify the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Please check your order information carefully before submitting your order.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible at help@dronearos.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once fulfilment has begun.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where applicable, consumers may also have statutory cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights which cannot be excluded by these Terms.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed when you place the order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors and applicable law.

Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties or other charges payable through our checkout will be displayed or disclosed before you complete your purchase where required by law.

Depending on your delivery destination, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by local authorities where they are not collected by us at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, payment and account information.

You confirm that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with your order.

We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. Your payment information may therefore also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery dates or delivery periods shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise or unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by factors including carrier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, transportation disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms removes any delivery rights provided to consumers by applicable law.

Where applicable consumer law requires it, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them.

If you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us as a delivery option, different rules concerning transfer of risk may apply as permitted by applicable law.

Please review our Shipping Policy for further information regarding delivery locations, estimated delivery periods and shipping procedures.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their original content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, layouts, branding and other materials owned or licensed by us, are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you may access the Services for your personal and lawful use.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, scrape or otherwise use material owned by us without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, model names and logos appearing on the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of third-party model names for product compatibility identification does not imply sponsorship, authorization, affiliation or endorsement.

Shopify and its trademarks are owned by Shopify or its respective affiliates.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to tools, applications or services supplied by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not control such third-party tools and provide access to them on an “as available” basis.

Your use of third-party tools may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies imposed by the relevant provider.

You should review those terms before using the relevant service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss resulting solely from third-party tools that are outside our reasonable control.

We may introduce additional tools, resources or features in the future. Such features will also form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may contain links to websites, services or resources operated by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of independent third-party websites.

Accessing an external website is at your discretion.

Before purchasing products or providing information to a third party, you should review that party's terms, privacy policy and other applicable policies.

Questions concerning products or services provided directly by a third party should normally be addressed to that third party.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Dronearos is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Dronearos.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Dronearos, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising solely from purchases and transactions made directly with Dronearos.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide its platform and related services.

Information submitted through our store may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment providers and other service providers involved in operating our business.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, such transfers will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for more information concerning the personal information we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it and your rights.

Questions concerning privacy may be sent to:

help@dronearos.com

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, ideas or other content to us (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that Feedback for purposes connected with operating, improving and promoting our business and Services, subject to applicable law.

You confirm that you own the Feedback or otherwise have sufficient rights to provide it to us.

Your Feedback must not:

  • infringe third-party rights;

  • contain unlawful or defamatory material;

  • contain malicious software;

  • misrepresent your identity or experience; or

  • otherwise violate applicable law.

We may moderate or remove Feedback where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms affects rights you may have under applicable privacy, copyright or consumer protection laws.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally information on our Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to matters including descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or product availability.

We may correct genuine errors and update information where reasonably necessary.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, contact you before proceeding.

Nothing in this section permits us to remove or reduce statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use or attempt to use the Services:

  • for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;

  • to violate applicable laws or regulations;

  • to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • to harass, threaten, defame or harm another person;

  • to submit deliberately false or misleading information;

  • to distribute malware or malicious code;

  • to send spam, phishing messages or unauthorized advertising;

  • to impersonate another person or organization;

  • to interfere with the security or operation of the Services;

  • to circumvent technical security or access controls; or

  • to obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.

Unless permitted by us or required by applicable law, you must not use automated scraping, extraction, bots, crawlers, autonomous agents or similar automated systems in a manner that materially interferes with the Services, circumvents access controls or extracts protected content at scale.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated.

SECTION 14 – AUTOMATED AGENTS

For purposes of this section, an “Agent” means software capable of carrying out automated or semi-automated actions on behalf of a user.

Automated Agents accessing our Services must comply with applicable law and these Terms.

Agents must not:

  • conceal automated activity in order to circumvent security measures;

  • defeat CAPTCHAs or access controls;

  • falsely represent automated activity as human activity where identification is required;

  • circumvent technical limitations intended to protect the Services; or

  • access areas of the Services for which authorization has not been granted.

We may use reasonable technical measures to regulate or restrict automated access to our Services.

SECTION 15 – SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including because of material violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security threats or legal requirements.

Termination does not affect rights, liabilities or obligations that arose before termination.

Sections which by their nature are intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

SECTION 16 – WARRANTIES AND STATUTORY RIGHTS

We take reasonable steps to ensure that information provided through the Services is accurate and current.

However, general informational content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

The website and online functionality are provided subject to availability, and we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

These limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory warranty, guarantee, remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

In particular, where applicable law provides rights relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, conformity with description, repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund, those rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • deliberate misconduct where liability cannot legally be excluded; or

  • statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities or commercial revenue resulting from use of products purchased primarily for personal use.

Nothing in this section affects any remedy available to you under mandatory consumer protection law.

SECTION 18 – RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE

You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your unlawful use of the Services or deliberate material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We will not seek indemnification from a consumer in circumstances where doing so would be unfair or prohibited under applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this section limits any legal defence available to either party.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If necessary, the affected provision will be treated as severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 20 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we do not immediately exercise a right available under these Terms, this does not mean that we waive that right.

These Terms, together with the policies and other terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.

Nothing in this section excludes representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations to another person without our consent where our consent is legally required, although we will not unreasonably withhold consent where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a business restructuring, sale, merger or similar transaction provided that doing so does not reduce mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and contracts entered into through the Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer residing outside England and Wales, including within the European Economic Area, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court available to you under mandatory applicable consumer law.

If you are acting in the course of a business rather than as a consumer, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SECTION 23 – HEADINGS

Headings in these Terms are provided for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The latest version of these Terms will be available on this page.

We may amend these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary, including because of changes to our Services, business practices or applicable laws.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued unless permitted by law.
