We ship to selected countries outside the EU. All orders include tracking.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days upon delivery. Please initiate your return by contacting our customer support first.

All returned goods must stay in new, unused condition with complete original packaging.

For control-stick accessories: original factory packaging is mandatory for any return.

European Returns

Once we accept your return, we send a return shipping label with full instructions.

We complete return inspection 5–7 business days after we receive your parcel.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

International Returns (Outside EU)

Contact support first; if we accept the return, we send a return shipping label. No extra store fees.

Inspection finishes 12–18 business days after your shipment arrives at our facility. Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The following categories are non-returnable: opened-tested units, clearance items, and products with obvious signs of use, crash damage or improper modification.

Limited Warranty

We offer a 180-Day commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects on our RC-N1 control-stick accessories.

Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Factory thread or stem defects within the 180-day warranty window
• Factory grip or cap defects
• Missing stick from a sealed pair (left or right)

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Physical crash-damage, drops and impact damage
• Water and moisture damage
• Normal wear-and-tear after regular flight use
• Damage from cross-threading, overtightening, or forced seating
• Misuse or unauthorized modification

If your unit fails under correct operating conditions within the 180-day warranty period, reach out to our support team at help@dronearos.com and we will work to resolve your issue.

This commercial warranty does not replace your statutory EU consumer-law guarantees.
