Battery not recognized
Confirm the pack is for your exact aircraft group (Mini 3 series is not Mini 2; Air 2S is not Mini). Seat the battery fully, wipe the contacts, and try a second aircraft if you have one. If a new unused pack still fails, email us with the order number and a photo of the battery label.
Charging and storage
Use the charger listed for that aircraft family. Do not leave a lithium pack unattended on charge. For storage, a partial charge in a cool, dry place is safer than a full charge on a shelf. Never puncture, crush, or heat a swollen pack.
Not sure it fits
Compare the model printed on your old battery and the aircraft name in the DJI app or on the aircraft body. If the label is worn, send a photo to wanshi0002@outlook.com before you order. You can also request a discontinued model.
Order / delivery
Lithium batteries ship on approved small-parcel routes from China. Most European orders take about 8–12 business days after handover; customs can add time. See Shipping.
Return or exchange
Unused packs may be returned within 30 days if you email us first. Used, installed, or swollen batteries are not unused returns. See Returns.
